Are you having problems getting into AO@P?

1. The user name and password are case sensitive. Make sure you type them in exactly as they are in the email. Be careful that you don't confuse 0 and O and 1 and l. It is very rare that a password doesn't work. It is more likely that you have typed either your user name or password incorrectly.
2. Make sure there are no spaces in your user name and password. There might be a space at the begining or end of your user name or password that you cannot see. Try deleting the whole of your user name and password and retyping them. Press backspace and delete a few times to make sure the fields are completely empty.
3. In Internet Explorer (version 6) check this setting: Go to Tools/Internet Options. Select Security tab. First select Internet in the top section, then select the button Custom Level. The last option is User Authentication/Logon. Ensure this is set to anything other than Anonymus logon.
4. If all else fails then request a new password here and try again with that.

• Go to this form.
• If you have changed your email since you registered send Panther an email with both your old and new email addresses. Your email address is the only identifying information kept about you and the only way your identity can be verified.

• Allow an hour for the password to arrive. Email is not instantaneous and delays in the network can cause it to take even longer.
• Your mail box may be full. Check that you have not exceeded your mail box limit.
• The registration may be in your junk mail folder or have been deleted as junk mail. Check your junk mail folder to see if the password has ended up there. Check the junk mail settings to ensure you are not automatically deleting junk mail from Pinkboard.
• You may have registered with the wrong email address. Send Panther an email to check what happened. Make sure you have a valid email address. I can't contact you if you don't give me a valid email address. Check the return address that is set up in your email program. Include the email address in the body of the message.
